We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at support.comprafacilenusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support.comprafacilenusa@gmail.com with photos and we will fix it immediately.
